Program Outcomes

The ECU DPT program has a long history of graduating students who are well-prepared to pass the NPTE (licensure exam) and join the workforce. Year-to-year outcomes are noted below; our most recent two-year averages (2022-23) are as follows: 98.4% graduation rate, 91.7% first-time NPTE pass rate, 98.3% ultimate NPTE pass rate, 100% 6-month employment rate. Combined, our excellent program outcomes and competitive tuition make ECU an excellent value for aspiring physical therapy students!
